Our team holds PSP, CCM and PMP credentials and brings more than twenty years in planning, scheduling and project controls. We routinely develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules of five to ten thousand activities and beyond, spanning design, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout, and we have provided schedule governance across portfolios exceeding thirty billion dollars in combined construction value.
